Sky Blues boss Mark Robins insists his side have to concentrate on themselves as they continue to prepare to face Bolton Wanderers this weekend.
With difficult situations surrounding Bolton at the moment, Robins has told how him, and his team will focus on facing the Trotters tomorrow afternoon.
He said: “We have to get on with it.
“My challenge and the player’s challenge is to stay focused and be prepare like normal for a game where there’s three points at the end of it and we focus on getting those.”
Bolton fielded several youngsters last week and it is unsure as to what kind of side they would field on the weekend, but Robins admitted that the Sky Blues have to prepare as best as they can.
“We have to take that out of the equation and concentrate on ourselves, we’ve had a really good week and we’re ready to play.
“Honestly we have no idea who they will play, we can only go off what they fielded last week, there’s only been one game so far so we have to make sure we concentrate on us and prepare as best as we can with an idea of what they might do.”
Speaking about the situation at Bolton at the moment, Robins said his sympathies are with everyone involved at the football club.
“We’ve had a good week’s preparations so were hopeful things can move forward, but obviously our sympathies are for everyone at Bolton and Bury, it’s not nice to see and hopefully they can resolve their issues quickly.
“We’ve had our issues this season as well and hopefully they can have a bit of time to sort themselves out and they can actually come through it and become stronger clubs.
“It’s tough, it’s a sad state of affairs, at this stage you have games being postponed at Bury and then you have Bolton’s situation and then ours moving grounds, its just very tough for the clubs and supporters concerned.
“You feel for the people at the clubs that are going through those difficult times and I’ve been through it at Rotherham, it’s difficult.”
