Callum O’Hare became the latest summer signing as he joins the Sky Blues on a season-long-loan from Aston Villa.
The midfielder will link-up with City for the 2019/20 campaign from the Premier League side.
O’Hare spent last season on loan in League Two with Carlisle United, where he got his first taste of the football league week in week out.
The 21-year-old revealed he was ‘buzzing’ to have got the deal sorted and continue his development with the Sky Blues.
He said: “I’m buzzing to finally get the deal done and to get down here.
“I’m looking forward to get going and I can’t wait, I like the way they play here, and I think it’s a good club.
“I want to get more experience and hopefully do something really good with the team.
“As I said, I’m feeling good, I’m buzzing and I can’t wait to get started.”
The midfielder headed up north last season, when he spent the end of the 2018/19 season on loan at Carlisle.
During his time with the club he played 16 games and scored three goals and he said he would like to build on that with the Sky Blues.
“It helped me massively going out on loan last season.
“Playing in the Football League, it was a massive learning curve and was good experience so hopefully I can use that this year playing for Coventry.
“The Gaffer has said to me to just come in here and enjoy it and enjoy my football and that’s what I want to do and hopefully I can do well.”
