Primary Sport Officer
£19,000 - £22,000 per annum
Full-Time (Minimum of 37.5 hours per week)
Sky Blues in the Community are looking to add to their dedicated team with a position that delivers activities across Coventry & Warwickshire on behalf of Coventry City Football Club.
The post holder is responsible for planning and delivering a portfolio of sport based activities – particularly those aimed at Primary School aged children (including Extra Curricular School Provision and Holiday Camps). The main purpose of this role is for the Primary Sport Officer to provide an organised and methodical approach to planning and delivering our core sport-based activities.
The Primary Sport Officer will work closely with the PL Sport Manager and with a number of local partner organisations (particularly Primary Schools) to co-ordinate, deliver, develop and evaluate a portfolio of activities.
Applicants must: have relevant qualifications (minimum FA Level 2) and experience of working in the sport industry; will be subject to an enhanced DBS check & are required to hold a full UK Driving Licence with access to a suitable vehicle for work. The role will involve 2/3 evening’s work and weekend work.
