TEAM NEWS: Liam Kelly Makes First League Start

There is one change from the team that was triumphant over Barnsley last weekend...

22 September 2018

Liam Kelly comes into the starting XI for his first league start this season following his cameo against Barnsley last weekend.

Kelly replaces Tom Bayliss in the middle of the park as he makes his first league start of the 2018-19 campaign following his substitute appearance last week against Barnsley and his Checkatrade Trophy appearance against Arsenal.

The rest of the team is as normal with an unchanged goalkeeper following Lee Burge's stellar performance last week.

The back four remain the same with last weekend's match-winner Jordan Willis sitting in the heart of defence alongside Dom Hyam, with Dujon Sterling and Junior Brown occupying the full-back positions.

Kelly comes into the middle of the midfield alongside captain Michael Doyle, with Shipley and Thomas on the wings.

Jonson-Clarke Harris and Conor Chaplin both lead the line today, and both looking to add to their goal tally.

Sky Blues XI: Lee Burge (GK), Dujon Sterling, Dom Hyam, Jordan Willis, Junior Brown, Michael Doyle (C), Liam Kelly, Jordan Shipley, Luke Thomas, Jonson Clarke-Harris, Conor Chaplin

Subs: Liam O'Brien (GK), Jordon Thompson, Tom Davies, Abu Ogogo, Tony Andreu, Jordy Hiwula, Amadou Bakayoko
