Ticket details have been confirmed for Coventry City’s away game against Cheltenham Town in the Checkatrade Trophy.
The Sky Blues make the trip to Cheltenham on Tuesday 13th November, with a 7:45pm kick-off, as they look to progress to the next stage of the competition.
Tickets are now available for the game, with tickets going immediately to general sale.
We have been given an initial allocation of 548 for the game – including 3 wheelchair tickets.
Supporters are able to purchase 6 tickets per person.
Tickets will be available to buy on the gate at Cheltenham on the night of the game.
SALE DATES/KEY DATES:
General Sale:
Monday 22nd October – 9am online/call centre. 10:30am in person
End of postal dispatch:
Friday 9th November – 2pm. After this time, all tickets will be for collection only.
Off-Sale:
Tuesday 13th November – Midday
Any tickets not collected from the Butts Park Ticket Office will be sent to Cheltenham for collection on the night.

HOW TO BUY:
Tickets will be available in advance online, via the call centre, and in person.
The easiest way to purchase your ticket will be online at eticketing.co.uk/ccfc or via the call centre on 0844 453 9134 (Monday – Friday, 8am to 8pm. Saturday/Sunday, 8am to 6pm.)
Tickets will also be available in person from the Ticket Office at the Butts Park Arena – weekdays, 10:30am – 4:30pm.
DISABLED SUPPORTERS:
Ambulant disabled supporters pay the standard rate for their age bracket, with one complimentary carer ticket.
Wheelchair users pay the concession price of £3, with one complimentary carer ticket.
Disabled supporters should have a medium/high level of DLA and any rate of PIP to qualify for a this rate.
Disabled carers tickets are only issued upon proof of high rate DLA or enhanced rate of PIP.
One ticket is provided, which provides access for both the disabled supporter and their carer.

COLLECTIONS, QUERIES AND FEES – AND MISSING TICKETS:
Where ticket collection is chosen, tickets can be collected from the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office until midday on Tuesday 13th November.
The delivery option will be available until 2pm on Friday 9th November.
Uncollected tickets will be available at the Cheltenham ticket office on the day for collection.
