A new Coventry City Supporters Club has been launched!
The Bedworth and Nuneaton CCFC Supporters Club is now open for fans to join as Members, ahead of a special members only launch night on Thursday 18th October.
The new Supporters Club will be based at Bedworth Liberal Club, on King Street in Bedworth (CV12 8HT), and that is the venue for the launch night, where the Sky Blues will be in attendance for a unique evening that fans in the area will not want to miss.
As well as the surprise event at the end of the evening, Manager Mark Robins will be in attendance for a Q & A, along with members of the squad and the League Two Play-Off Trophy.
The Bedworth and Nuneaton Supporters Club will meet regularly throughout the season at the Liberal Club, holding fundraising events and supporting its members in following Coventry City Football Club.
The Supporters Club is fully endorsed and backed by the Sky Blues, with players set to make appearances at meetings of the Supporters Club. Chief Executive Dave Boddy said:
“We were contacted by Steve Harding in the Summer with his idea of setting up the Supporters Club, and met with him recently to formalise our support to him and the Supporters Club.
“Steve and the team at the Supporters Club are all massive fans of the Sky Blues, and dedicated to the success of the Supporters Club to help fans in Bedworth and Nuneaton.
“Having seen the success of the Leamington & Warwick Supporters Club in the last 18 months, we are delighted to welcome the Bedworth & Nuneaton CCFC Supporters Club to the Coventry City family.
“We are looking forward to working with them, and the special launch night event that we have planned for them and their members.”
Membership is £10 Per Person for the season and is available now at the Bedworth Liberal Club. For details, please contact Steve Harding or a member of staff at the Liberal Club (02476 314396) – or head to the Facebook page ‘Bedworth & Nuneaton CCFC Supporters Club’ or Twitter page ‘BedLibCCFC’.
