TICKETS: Additional Allocation For FA Cup Tie Against Walsall

An extra 692 added to the allocation...

We have been given an extra 692 tickets for the trip to Banks’s Stadium to face Walsall in the first round of the Emirates FA Cup.

Only a few tickets remain from the original allocation which went on priority sale to season ticket holders Wednesday 31st October.

Along with the original allocation of which was 2,234, the extra 692 tickets takes the Sky Blues to 2,926 for the clash against The Saddlers.

The additional allocation will go on general sale from 9am on Tuesday the 6th of November.


General Sale:

Tuesday 6th November – 9am online/call centre. 10:30am in person

End of postal dispatch:

Tuesday 7th November – Midnight. After this time, all tickets will be for collection only.


Friday 9th November – Midday

Any tickets not collected from the Butts Park Ticket Office will be sent to Walsall for collection on the day.



We have been given an initial allocation of 2,296 tickets – plus 7 pairs of disabled and personal assistant tickets – for the game in the St Francis Group Stand - blocks H7 to H12.

Adult - £15
Over 60s - £10
Under 18s - £5

Ambulant/Wheelchair Disabled tickets are charged at the age relevant price, with the carer going free.


Tickets will be available in advance online and via the call centre, while disabled supporters can purchase from the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office.

The easiest way to purchase your ticket will be online at or via the call centre on 0844 453 9134 (Monday – Friday, 8am to 8pm. Saturday/Sunday, 8am to 6pm.)

Tickets will also be available in person from the Ticket Office at the Butts Park Arena – weekdays, 10:30am – 4:30pm, though this is primarily for Disabled Supporters and they will be given priority.



Ambulant/Wheelchair Disabled Supporters are charged at the age relevant price.

Disabled supporters should have a medium/high level of DLA and any rate of PIP to qualify for a this rate.

Disabled carers tickets are only issued upon proof of high rate DLA or enhanced rate of PIP.

Wheelchair and Ambulant disabled tickets can be purchased in person at the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office, Monday to Friday between 10:30am and 4:30pm, or by calling 02476992335.

Where ticket collection is chosen, tickets can be collected from the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office until midday on Friday 9th November

The delivery option will be available until 2pm on Wednesday 7th November.

Uncollected tickets will be available at Walsall’s ticket office on the day for collection.

If you have chosen delivery for your ticket and it does not arrive, please contact the Ticket Office at Butts Park Arena on the morning of Friday 9th November – via e-mail on or by calling 024 7699 2335. Queries after this time may not be possible to resolve.

There is a £1 processing fee per away ticket bought via all channels. A £1.50 fee will apply for fulfilment per order (not per ticket) placed online or over the phone for the postage and packaging of your ticket(s).

There is an Away Fans Bar at Walsall, which is open from 1pm. Access is subject to availability.

Car Parking is £4 per car, mini buses £6 and coaches £12.
