As the Sky Blues get set to take on Fleetwood Town tomorrow night, we take a look some of those to have represented both sides.

Junior Brown

Current Sky Blues defender, Junior Brown, started his career back at Crewe Alexandra as he rose through the ranks in the North West.

After spells in the Non-League with FC Halifax Town and Northwich Victoria, Junior was promoted back to the Football League with Fleetwood Town.

The Fishermen won the National League and Brown would spend four years at Town, making over 120 appearances, scoring 15 goals.

Brief spells with Tranmere Rovers, Oxford United and Mansfield Town, would come, before the 29 year-old joined Shrewsbury Town in 2015.

Brown spent three season with the Shrews, making over 100 appearances, before leaving the club in 2018, to join Mark Robins and Coventry City this past summer.

Lee Fowler

Former Sky Blues midfielder, Lee Fowler joined City back in 1999 from Holywell Town FC and he would spend four years with the club, making 16 appearances before joining Huddersfield Town.

Lee enjoyed three years with the Terriers, including scoring the winning penalty in the 2003/04 League Two Play-Off final.

The midfielder then had spells at nine different clubs in six years, before finally departing Wrexham in 2012 for Fleetwood Town.

Lee made over 30 appearances in just one season with the Fishermen and would then go on to play for a further nine clubs before hanging up his boots.

Fowler is now currently the Caretaker Manager at Nuneaton Borough, following the departure of former Sky Blues coach, Nicky Eaden.

Baily Cargill

After coming through the ranks at AFC Bournemouth, having joined the Cherries at the age of 13 in 2008, Baily Cargill joined the Sky Blues on loan in 2016.

Baily had previously had loan spells with AFC Totton, Welling United and Torquay United before joining City.

After two months with the Sky Blues, the defender made five appearances and scored once against Bury, his first Football League goal.

A spell at Gillingham followed and then Cargill joined Fleetwood Town on loan back in the 2017/18 season, making 18 appearances before joining SPL side Partick Thistle.

The defender then finally made a permanent move away from Bournemouth, joining MK Dons this past summer.
