Coventry City Football Club have issued advice for any fans whose tickets for the Play-Off Final may not have arrived yet.
The match takes place on Monday 28th May, with a 3pm kick-off against Exeter City at Wembley Stadium. Tickets remain on sale until 10am on Sunday morning – via eticketing.co.uk/CCFC or by phoning 0844 453 9134. All tickets purchased from now until Sunday will be sent to fans email addresses as e-tickets.
Over 36,000 tickets have now been sold.
All fans who purchased before midnight on Tuesday will have their tickets posted. Some fans will have received tickets earlier than others due to the nature of the dispatch process.
For those fans whose tickets don’t arrive, if they are being sent in the post, they need to let us know through the usual channels:
- E-mail email@example.com – with subject line ‘Duplicate Request’.
Please include full name and address of the account used to book the tickets, and also the specific seats that require duplicates.
If the person who booked the tickets is not attending, please specify the name of the person who will be collecting the tickets.

Phone lines will be open until 5pm today, e-mails will be picked up until 5pm Sunday. Emails to the Ticketmaster address with full details will be forwarded to Wembley, and fans will be able to collect duplicate tickets.
Fans will then be required to visit the West Ticket Office from 11am on the day to collect replacements. ID will be required to collect tickets.
For Ticketfast print at home tickets, they can log into their online account, go to the My Account section, click on the booking and from there they can click “resend email” and this will resend their email confirmation and Ticketfast ticket to the email address on their account.
