We are pleased to confirm that Sky Blues defender, Reece Ford has put pen to paper on a new deal with Coventry City Football Club.
Ford has extended his stay with City until June 2019, with the option of a further year which would keep with the club up until June 2020.
The 19 year-old earned himself his first professional contact with the club during the under-18s successful run in the Professional Development League South, where they were crown champions.
Reece has then made the step-up from under 18 football, to regularly featuring for Jason Farndon’s Under-23s at centre back during the 2017/18 season.
The defender now looks set to continue his development with the Sky Blues, as he looks to push on and make his debut for the first team.
