We are pleased to announce that defender, Jak Hickman has agreed a new contract extension with Coventry City Football Club.
The defender has pledged his future with the Sky Blues until June 2020, with the option of a further year which would take Hickman to June 2021.
Hickman signed his first professional contract following the end of the 2016/17 season, when he was one of several players to earn a deal, following the successful run for under 18s during that campaign.
He then had a spell on loan at Mickleover Sports, alongside City team mate, Bilal Sayoud, as the two enjoyed some first team football as they looked to impress.
Hickman has played an important role in Jason Farndon’s under 23s side, featuring down the right hand side during the campaign.
Upon signing his new deal, Jak will now head back out on loan to Mickleover until the 28th April 2018.
