2018/19 Season Tickets and Premium Memberships will be temporarily off-sale at 10am tomorrow (Tuesday 12th June) as part of the process to update Season Ticket cards for the new season.
This will ensure that the access control system at the Ricoh Arena will allow entry for supporters’ current cards.
Existing Season Tickets will be updated for the new Season for supporters who have not moved price category or seat location for the new season. If fans have moved price category/seat location, they will be issued with a new card.
If you no longer have your Season Ticket card from last season, you can contact Shelagh.Brock@ccfc.co.uk to organise a new card to be sent.
From 12th June onwards, only new cards will be issued – regardless of whether seats/prices have changed, as old cards will not be able to be updated.
Season Tickets will be available again online, over the phone and in person once the process has been completed, and we will communicate this via our website and social media channels when they are back on sale.
Dave Boddy, Coventry City Chief Executive, said:
“It is necessary to remove Season Tickets from sale briefly to enable to process to update cards ahead of next season.
“Last year this was done at the start of July, but we have decided with Ticketmaster to bring this forward. The whole dispatch process for the Season Ticket cards has also been brought forward too, which will hopefully mean that all fans will have their cards with them, or updated, in time for the start of the season.
“We’d like to thank fans for their co-operation, and will let them know once this process is complete.”
