News Sky Blues signing, Reise Allassani admitted he can't wait to get started with the club, following the completion of his move from Dulwich Hamlet.

The winger became the latest addition to the Sky Blues side and the first since their promotion to League One was confirmed following the play-off final win over Exeter City.

Allassani was in attendance for that game and he is now looking forward to pre-season and getting life under Mark Robins started.

He said: "I’m really happy to have got the deal done, that was what I wanted, to get it done as soon as possible and when I heard of the interest I wanted to come straight away.

"The plan that the Manager has for me and his plans for the club going forward was a big reason as to why I wanted to join.

"The Manager and the Head of Recruitment (Chris Badlan) were really keen on me coming in.

"He plays good football at Coventry and I wanted to go somewhere I can improve and where I can play in a team which is looking to get up the leagues and I feel that’s something we want to do here."

Reise began his career rising through the ranks at Premier League side Crystal Palace, however an injury hampered his progression.

The 22 year-old then joined Dulwich Hamlet where he got back to playing football and helped the Non-League side win promotion.

During his time with Hamlet, he made 33 appearances, scoring 19 goals and now he is excited to be back in the Football League with the Sky Blues and continue to improve.

"You learn a lot playing in Non League; physically and mentally it has helped me a lot and helped me get ready for this level.

"I’m really happy to be back in the Football League and now I want to stay here and kick on and keep improving.

"For those who don’t know me, I’m fast, a good dribbler and I like to score goals and assist as well.

"I cant wait to get going, I'm keeping fit and I just cant wait to get started now."
