Coventry City defender Chris Stokes has joined League Two side Bury on a free transfer.
The 27 year-old has agreed a move to Gigg Lane after spending over three years with Coventry City.
Stokes joined the Sky Blues back on loan from Forest Green Rovers in 2015, before making the move permenant in the summer of that year.
The defender made 95 appearances during his time with the club, scoring three goals.
Stokes started both the Checkatrade Trophy victory of 2017 and the League Two Play-Off Final last season, helping to secure City promotion back to League One, while being awarded the Community Player of the Season award too.
Everyone at Coventry City would like to thank Chris his contribution to the club on and off the pitch, and wish him the best of luck for the future.
