NEWS: Coventry City ticketing system unavailable this morning

Ticket site unavailable from 9am to 1pm...

9 July 2018

Coventry City’s ticketing system will be unavailable from 9am until 1pm this morning (9th July) in the final stage of the process to update Season Ticket cards for the new season.

This will ensure that the access control system at the Ricoh Arena will allow entry for supporters’ current cards.

Existing Season Tickets will be updated for the new Season for supporters who have not moved price category or seat location for the new season. If fans have moved price category/seat location, they will be issued with a new card – the process to dispatch cards will from Tuesday.

If you no longer have your Season Ticket card from last season, please contact TicketOffice@ccfc.co.uk as soon as possible to organise a new card to be sent.

Only new cards will now be issued for fans who buy a Season Ticket regardless of whether seats/prices have changed, as old cards will not be able to be updated.

The ticketing system will be available again from 1pm - at which time tickets for the Cyrille Regis Memorial Trophy match will go on sale. See details here.

Dave Boddy, Coventry City Chief Executive, said:

“This is the final stage of the process to make sure that Season Ticket cards are all ready for the new season.

“Cards for new purchasers, or fans who moved seats or age categories, will then be dispatched as soon as possible once this process is complete on Monday.

“If fans have lost their card or have any other query relating to their Season Ticket card, we’d urge them to get in touch with the Ticket Office as soon as possible so that we can make sure that the start of the season is as smooth as possible for everyone.”
