Coventry City have signed striker Jonson Clarke-Harris on loan until the end of the season from Rotherham United.
The 23 year-old joins the Sky Blues with a view to a permanent transfer.
Clarke-Harris will be a familiar face to Sky Blues fans, being an Academy product and is still the youngest ever Coventry City player – at the age of 16 years and 21 days.
A prolific goalscorer at Under 18 level for the Sky Blues, Clarke-Harris then moved on to Peterborough, Southend (Loan), Bury (Loan) and Oldham, before joining Rotherham in 2014.
Whilst at The Millers, the strong, powerful forward has enjoyed loan spells at MK Dons and Doncaster.
Manager Mark Robins said: “We’re delighted to get the deal over the line to add Jonson to the squad.
“He is a strong, powerful, athletic striker who adds further threat and presence to our attacking line-up.
“He is a player who will add greatly to our promotion push, and we look forward to working with him.”
