The Sky Blues face the Grecians in League Two...

Mark Robins' side head to St. James' Park to face eighth place Exeter City in SkyBet League Two.

Paul Tisdale's side will be chasing their tenth home win of the season as they look to bounce back from a 2-1 defeat to Newport County last time out.

Exeter's Jordan Moore-Taylor is hopefully to be fit for the visit of the Sky Blues. The 23-year-old has been sidelined along with Troy Brown and Luke Croll who will both miss the weekend's clash.

Former Coventry man Robbie Simpson and Birmingham born Ryan Brunt are both availible after returning to training this month.

Coventry's Liam Kelly and Peter Vincenti both remain out despite returning to training at Ryton on Friday. Kelly has been nursing a heel injury while Vincenti has been working back from a knee ligament injury and both trained on the field for the first time this week.

Sky Blues fans will remember Exeter striker Robbie Simpson from his time at the Ricoh Arena. The 32-year-old scored four goals in 62 games for City after joining from Cambridge United where he managed an impresive 17 goals in his first 33 games in professional football.

Lloyd James is a key player in Tisdale's side. The former Southampton man made 41 appearances in the Championship as a 21-year-old before going on to make over 100 starts for Leyton Orient.

Goals from Jodi Jones and Devon Kelly-Evans secured a 2-0 victory for the Sky Blues at the Ricoh Arena.

Jones opened the scoring early on in the second half when he low shot went through a crowd of bodies before delfecting into the net.

Max Biamou and Duckens Nazon both came close as Exeter fought to stay in the game, but City sealed the win late on when Jones crossed for an onrushing Kelly-Evans who fired hoome from close-range.
