PREVIEW: Forest Green Rovers v Coventry City - City look to make it four wins on the bounce

The Sky Blues face Forest Green Rovers at the New Lawn...

2 February 2018

The Sky Blues will be looking to make it four wins on the bounce in all competitions when they head to relegation-threatened Forest Green Rovers in SkyBet League Two.

New-signing Jonson Clarke-Harris is available to feature in a side that has no new injury concerns after a hectic week that saw Robins' side knock League One MK Dons out of the FA Cup before comfortable beating Cambridge United 3-1 on Tuesday night.

Liam Kelly and Peter Vincenti are both now fully fit leaving just Jodi Jones (ACL) and Tony Andreu (ACL) in the medical room.

New signing Chris Clements looks likely to make his Forest Green debut after completing his loan-deal from Grimsby Town on deadline day.

Alex Bray and Scott Laird will both also hope to be involved, with Laird coming off the bench in their midweek defeat to Exeter City.

The Opponents

England U16 and U17 international, Keanu Marsh-Brown will be a player to keep an eye out for at the New Lawn. The tricky right midfielder scored 10 National League goals from wide areas and provides Rovers with some flair and pace on the wing.

Brother of former Coventry midfielder Isaac, Isiah Osbourne joined Rovers on a one-year deal. The 29-year old made 30 appearances for Aston Villa in the Premier League between 2006 and 2011 and has been a regular in midfield since breaking into the side earlier this season.

City fans will remember new Rovers signing Farrend Rawson. The former City loanee made the switcher from Derby last month on a permanent basis after loan spells away at Rotherham and Accrington Stanley.

Earlier this season

The Sky Blues fell to their first home defeat since August after Marsh-Brown's strike gave Forest Green all three points.

Max Biamou and Jordan Ponticelli both came close in a game dominated by City, but Marsh-Brown's long-range effort was enough for the visitors to leave as winners.

Forest Green form at the New Lawn

W 5-2 v Cambridge Untied

W 1-0 v Port Vale

L 1-2 v Wycombe Wanderers

L 0-1 v Carlisle United

L 0-2 v Luton

D 3-3 v Exeter
