The striker has been nominated for the award after a fine January saw him score four goals in four League Two games.
Marc started off the month in fine fashion, when he scored the opener against Chesterfield at the Ricoh Arena, one which proved to be the winner in the game.
Next up, Sparky scored a brace against Swindon Town, against scoring the vital goals to help City go on to get all three points yet again.
Then, in the final game of the month against Cambridge United, McNulty found his fourth goal, again opening the scoring in the game.
