OFFICIALS: Referee Watch Versus Walsall

David Coote will be the man in the middle...

6 December 2018

The EFL have confirmed who will be the match officials against Walsall at the Banks's Stadium will be this weekend.

David Coote will be the man in the middle of the Sky Blues clash against The Saddlers in Sky Bet League One action.

So far this season, David has officiated in:

4 Premier League games

4 Championship games

1 Carabao Cup game

1 League One game

1 League Two game

David has officiated in 11 games during the 2018/19 campaign giving a total of 34 yellow cards and three red cards so far.

It will be the first time this season that Coote has refereed a City game, with his last game coming in 2015 in the Sky Blues 0-0 draw away from home against Bristol City.

He will be assisted by Mark Scholes and Neil Davies, while Ben Toner will act as fourth official.
