TEAM NEWS: Lee Burge Makes First Appearance Of The Season

The keeper makes his first start of the season...

Sky Blues 'keeper Lee Burge makes his first appearance of the 2018/19 season this afternoon against Gillingham.

Lee make his first appearance since the pre-season friendly against West Bromwich Albion, after suffering with a hip injury.

The 'keeper is one of five changes to the City side who faced Blackpool at Bloomfield Road earlier this week.

Burge has a centre-back pairing of Jordan Willis and Dom Hyam in front of him, with a returning Brandon Mason at left back and a first league start of the season for right back Jack Grimmer.

Michael Doyle captains the side and he is joined in the centre of midfield by Tom Bayliss.

Jordan Shipley keeps his place out on the left, with Luke Thomas on the other flank, having made his first start for the Sky Blues against Blackpool.

Tony Andreu comes back in to the side and he plays behind Jonson Clarke-Harris, who makes his first start of the season.
