The 22 year-old joined Mark Robins side earlier this week and he replaces Max Biamou in the starting eleven.
Elsewhere, Liam O'Brien keeps his place in the starting eleven and he has back four of Brandon Mason, Dom Hyam, Tom Davies and Dujon Sterling ahead of him.
Michael Doyle and Abu Ogogo partner each other in the centre of midfield with an attacking three of Tom Bayliss, Tony Andreu and Jordy Hiwula behind Bakayoko.
