COMMUNITY: SBitC Easter courses get under way!

Courses take places in Coventry & Bedworth...

3 April 2018

The Easter holidays get under way on Tuesday 3rd April - as do the Sky Blues in the Community Easter holiday courses!

The Sky Blues Football Holiday Camps are back during the two-week school break:

  • WEEK 1 (Tuesday 3rd - Friday 6th April) at Bablake Playing Fields and Bedworth Oval
  • WEEK 2 (Monday 9th - Friday 13th April) at The Alan Higgs Centre

The Sky Blues Football Holiday Camps offer skills, drills and games for boys and girls of all abilities aged 5-11 to take part in. We also have a specific girls-only course taking place at The Alan Higgs Centre during Week 2.

All Sky Blues in the Community staff are FA Licenced Coaches. This ensures they have completed a DBS Check, have attended Emergency First Aid & Safeguarding Training and hold an FA Coaching Qualification. Our coaches also participate in Continuous Professional Development to ensure they stay up-to-date with current practices in football.

All Football Holiday Camps offer children the chance to win special awards, including: Star Player Award, Respect Award and Coaches Award. Children who win these awards are invited for a unique matchday experience at a Coventry City Football Club fixture.

In addition to this, any child who completes a ‘full-course’ (4 days in Week 1 or Week 2), will receive a CCFC Ticket Voucher for 1 adult and 1 child ticket to attend a Coventry City FC Home League Fixture during the 2017/2018 season and a Sky Blues medal.

To book your child a place, please book online anytime via officialscoccerschools.co.uk here or call the Sky Blues in the Community office on 024 7678 6349 (open Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm)
