Coventry City are delighted to announce a new first team warm-up tops sponsorship deal with Orbit, one of the UK’s largest developing housing associations for the 2017/18 season.
The warm-up tops will feature the Orbit logo alongside the name of local development, Hawkesbury Manor.
With first plots due for completion early 2018, the site located on Grange Road within the Longford area will offer 80 properties for shared ownership and affordable rent. There will be a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom houses and apartments available.
Sarah Clark, sales director at Orbit said: “We are proud to sponsor our local club as we celebrate 50 years as an organisation founded in Coventry.
“Hawkesbury Manor will offer customers who are currently unable to buy their own home an opportunity to get on the property ladder, just a short trip away from Ricoh Arena.
“We are all excited to see the Orbit logo on the warm-up tops ahead of the Cambridge United game and for the rest of the season.”
Commercial Manager Tynan Scope said: "It's great to be able to announce this partnership and we are looking forward to working with Orbit, especially given their history and being a company celebrating their 50th year."
Construction work has started on site and will contribute to achieving Orbit’s mission of building 12,000 new homes by 2020.
