The Sky Blues made it back-to-back wins at the Ricoh Arena after a 2-0 victory against Carlisle United...

Peter Vincenti completed the City scoring after Duckens Nazon had put the Sky Blues ahead, in what was his first goal for the club since joining from Rochdale in the summer.

"It was a cultured finish," Vincenti laughed.

"I think the gaffer would call it 'a bit of shin' but I am gonna say it was an intentional slice. They all count.

"We dominated the second half. We were getting Jodi Jones in a lot, and he was getting a couple of crosses early which he has been doing and I have been making the runs so it as nice for one to fall for me.

"There was other chances in the game. Duckens Nazon's was a lovely finish aswell, a confident dink over the 'keeper.

Vincenti's goal makes it six different scorers for the Sky Blues so far in all competitions. The midfielder has targeted goals from across the side if they are to be successful this campaign.

"It is nice that there are some more names on the scoresheet and we want to keep that going.

"We set up for them. We did all our preperation right but then they made six changes but that did not help.

"Saturday was a tough one and we all had to really dig in so we were all a little leggy tonight. We did not concede, we stayed in the game and when we have goalscorers on the pitch you know you can always get the win,"

He added: "The defence has been brilliant. If you keep clean sheets you always have a massive chance of winning the game. Even when you're not on form a clean sheet means you only have too knick a goal.

"I maybe should have scored a few before this, but it is alwasy nice to get off the mark"
