Venue: The Wham Stadium
Competition: SkyBet League Two
Date: Saturday 14th October, 2017
The Sky Blues head to Accrington Stanley's Wham Stadium as they look to continue their unbeaten run in SkyBet League Two.
For the first time in a while, Mark Robins' side have had all week to prepare for this one and will also welcome on-loan Wolves striker Duckens Nazon back into the side after international duty meant he missed last week's trip to Barnet.
Stanley sit sixth in League Two, one place being City on goal difference with an identical record and a win for either side is likely to see them jump into the automatic promotion place.
In 2014, John Coleman began his second spell at the Crown Ground. He first took charge in 1999 when Accrington were playing in the Northern Premer League Division One before leaving for Rochdale in 2012 with the club a regular in League Two.
Striker Billy Kee will be Accrington's main attacking threat on Saturday. The 26-year-old has scored 37 goals in 95 appearances for Stanley ever since joining form Scunthorpe United in 2015 and has always been a danger at this level.
A familiar face in defense for the travelling Sky Blue fans will be Farrend Rawson. Rawson played 14 times last season for City on loan from Derby and will be at the Crown Ground until January.
Former Shrewsbury and Barnsley midfielder Jordan Clark will also be one to keep an eye out for. The creative wideman was a regular for the Shrews in League One before stepping down last season to make 42 appearances for Stanley.
