The Sky Blues fell to a 1-0 defeat at Accrington Stanley's Wham Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Striker Sean McConville's first-half goal was enough to secure all three points for the hosts.

City were backed in big numbers again by the Sky Blue Army, with the 1,494 travelling fans outnumbering 1,334 home supporters.

Mark Robins' side grew into the game, but were made to rue the 15th minute goal by Stanley.

City shaded the shot count by 14 to 12, while Accrington enjoyed more possesion - 52% to 48%.

The Sky Blues move down to 7th place, but will look to Tuesday night's home game against Forest Green Rovers to bounce back immediately. See ticket details for Tuesday here.
