Ticket details have been confirmed for Coventry City’s Boxing Day away game against Port Vale.
The match takes place on Tuesday 26th December, with kick off time of 3pm at Vale Park.
Tickets are on priority sale from Tuesday 21st November, and general sale from Monday 27th November.
We have been given an initial allocation of 1100 unreserved seated tickets.
SALE DATES/KEY DATES:
Priority Sale (17/18 ST holders, Members, JSBs, Match Package holders):
Tuesday 21st November – 9am online/call centre, 10:30am in person
General Sale:
Monday 27th November – 9am online/call centre, 10:30am in person
End of postal dispatch:
Tuesday 19th December – 2pm. After this time, all tickets will be for collection only.
Off-Sale:
Thursday 21st December – midday
Any tickets not collected from the Butts Park Ticket Office will be sent to Port Vale for collection on the day.

We have been given an allocation of 1100 reserved seating tickets for the Hamil Road Stand.
Supporters can purchase six tickets per person. Advance prices are:
Adult - £20
Senior (62+) - £15
Young Adults (18-21) - £15
Juniors 2-17 - £8
Under 12s - £0 (These are not available online)
Matchday prices (subject to availability) increase by £2.
Disabled supporters are charged the age relevant price – please see below for details.
HOW TO BUY:
Tickets will be available in advance online, via the call centre, and in person. The easiest way to purchase your ticket will be online at eticketing.co.uk/ccfc or via the call centre on 0844 453 9134 (Monday – Friday, 8am to 8pm. Saturday/Sunday, 8am to 6pm.)
Tickets will also be available in person from the Ticket Office at the Butts Park Arena – weekdays, 10:30am – 4:30pm (Excluding Wednesdays and home matchdays when it is closed. Christmas opening hours will apply)
Tickets will be available to buy on the day, subject to availability, from the cash only away sales kiosk at Vale Park.
DISABLED SUPPORTERS:
Disabled supporters are charged the age relevant price. Disabled supporters are entitled to a free carers ticket if required.
Ambulant disabled supporters can purchase via the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office, Monday to Friday between 10:30am and 4:30pm. (Excluding Wednesdays and home matchdays when it is closed. Christmas opening hours will apply)
Disabled supporters who are wheelchair users are located in the dedicated disabled area, which is a mixed supporter area at the opposite end of the ground to the away stand. Fans who require accessible facilities may sit in this stand. Tickets for this stand must be booked direct with Port Vale in advance by calling the Ticket Office on 01782 655 821.

COLLECTIONS, QUERIES AND FEES:
Where ticket collection is chosen, tickets can be collected from the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office until midday on 22nd December.
The delivery option will be available until Tuesday 19th December at 2pm.
Uncollected tickets will be available at Port Vale’s ticket office on the day for collection.
If you have chosen delivery for your ticket and it does not arrive, please contact the Ticket Office at Butts Park Arena on the morning of Friday 22nd December – via e-mail on ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk or by calling 024 7699 2335. Any queries later than this will not be dealt with due to Christmas.

There is a £1 processing fee per away ticket bought via all channels. A £1.50 fee will apply for fulfilment per order (not per ticket) placed online or over the phone for the postage and packaging of your ticket(s).
COACH TRAVEL TO VALE PARK:
All coach seat prices are £16 per person. Coaches will leave from White Street Coach Park, CV1 5FX at 11:30am.
