Following the inaugural fixture between the Sky Blues Legends XI and the ‘Pet-Xi All Stars’ last year, the fixture is back again for 2017.
Last year in the first meeting between the two sides, the Legends ran out comfortable 5-1 winners in the charity fixture and they will be looking to make sure it’s back to back wins this time round.
The fixture was created to remember the late Sinead O’Toole, who was the beloved wife of former City player, Gavin O’Toole and he will be back again this season with his work mates making up the opponents for the fixture.
The game is set to take place at Hawksmill Football Club, Hawkes Mill Lane, Allesley, Coventry, CV5 9FN, based at the Sports and Social Club, which is currently ran by former 1987 FA Cup winning hero Lloyd McGrath.
Kick-off is schedule for 2pm on Sunday the 12th of November 2017 and there will be refreshments available for those who are in attendance.
So make sure you go and show your support and cheer on the Legends and see some of your favourite players from the past back in Sky Blue.
