NEWS: Information for Sky Blues Player HD subscribers

Details on the changeover to iFollow...

The new look was launched earlier this week, with a cleaner look, more sections and new features.

One of the new features is iFollow, which replaces the Player HD service. This will provide fans outside the UK with the opportunity to live stream coverage of matches.

Given the changes in format between the PlayerHD and iFollow product, particularly for international subscribers, not all fans are legally able to be automatically rolled on to an iFollow package. These segments of subscribers will be dealt with as below:

Subscriber Segment

Domestic (UK) Monthly Subscribers

Rolling on automatically to an iFollow subscription (no action required from fans)

Domestic (UK) Annual Subscribers

Rolling on to an iFollow subscription, which will expire and not renew at its original end date. Fans must then actively renew.

International Monthly Subscribers

Subscriptions will be cancelled. Fans must actively renew

International Annual Subscribers

Subscriptions will be cancelled. Fans must actively renew. Refunds issued on a pro-rata basis to those with time remaining on their PlayerHD account.

For legal reasons, those domestic subscribers currently paying for PlayerHD via Direct Debitwere contacted on Monday 24th April with notificationof theprocesses outlined above.

All other subscribers will be contacted by EFL Digital on the afternoon of 28th May 2017 to clarify the processes above.
