The club are delighted to have teamed up with local fashion outlet Albert’s Menswear, based in Rugby, as players and staff alike ensure they are suited and booted for the big occasion.
We were pleased to welcome Director Dave Hall and team to the Sky Blues training base in Ryton, where the players and managerial staff were all measured for brand new suits.
Albert’s Menswear is a family run business, and the club were first introduced to them through Free Radio Presenter and Ricoh Arena announcer on a Coventry City match-day, JD.
The store was launched 18 months ago, in memory of Dave’s late father, and specialises in designer clothing and formal wear, and the suits worn by staff and players on Sunday will be supplied by Marc Darcy London.
Testament to its family roots and helpful friendly staff, the shop won the pride of Rugby Town Business of the Year award in 2016, and have been nominated for a further five awards this year.

“We’re a family run business, right in the heart of the community, and we’re proud to be able to support Coventry City in preparation for their big day.
“It is great exposure for us as a company and a brand, and we’d love to continue the relationship in the future.”

CCFC Commercial Manager, Tynan Scope said: “We are delighted to be working with Dave Hall and his extremely helpful team at Albert’s Menswear.

"We’ve only recently been introduced to Dave and we’ve hit it off immediately. The club looks forward to working with Albert’s Menswear and Marc Darcy London moving forward.”
