The Sky Blues prepare for a home tie with high-flying Bradford City tomorrow afternoon...
City have a relatively clear bill of health in the lead up to the Bantams clash this weekend, but the manager has revealed that midfielder Andy Rose is likely to miss the remainder of the season.
Rose was stretchered off last week against Shrewsbury, and scans have revealed substantial damage to his right knee.
After his appointment this week, Mark Robins will be in the home dugout for the first time, as he looks to steer the Sky Blues away from the drop zone.
Mark Robins said: “Andy Rose with his injury last week, he’ll miss out and is in a knee brace. Medial ligament injury, he’ll miss the rest of the season. He’s in on a daily basis getting treatment, but a real disappointment.”
