NEWS: The Coventry City Former Players Association annual Golf Day has been postponed

The FPA have been forced to reschedule after severe wet weather in the area...

7 June 2017

The Coventry City Former Players Association annual Golf Day has been postponed.

The Golf Day was due to take place on Thursday 8th June, but extremely wet weather means that the Golf Day won’t go ahead on the original date.

The event is not cancelled though, and a new date has been pencilled in for Thursday 22nd June, again at Stoneleigh Deer Park Golf Club.

Following the 18 holes of competition golf, there will be a superb three course meal plus raffle and auction – both to raise funds for the work of the Former Players Association.

Organisers are attempting to contact all of the players and participants from the original date to confirm whether the new date is feasible for them.

If not, please be reassured that the FPA will fully reimburse those who cannot change their plans to make the new date. The FPA are also asking those who could not make the original date who might be able to come now that there has been a change of date to get in touch in case any slots have now opened up.

If you have any further queries, please contact CCFPA’s Frank Pritchard on 07815 899224 or on frank.pritchard1@ntlworld.com or email Sandra Garlick on contact@sandragarlick.com
