Coventry City Football Club can confirm to supporters that it has been made aware that the owners of the club have decided to appeal against the judgement of the High Court made on Friday 14th July.
The club and its staff continue to fully focus on the day-to-day running of the football club, with the aim of a successful season alongside Manager Mark Robins and the squad of players he is assembling.
The club and its staff will continue as ever to work with ACL/Wasps and its staff to ensure the smooth running of the Sky Blues’ matchdays at the Ricoh Arena, and the improvement of the matchday experience for our supporters.
We can also confirm that Coventry City Football Club is not liable for any further court costs, nor have we paid any costs associated with previous court actions taken by the club owner.
