2017/18 Season Ticket cards are on the way!
The process to dispatch 2017/18 Season Tickets cards has started from the Ticketmaster offices in Manchester. Cards are not available to collect from CCFC.
Cards should be received within the next week, in time for the Sky Blues’ first home game of the season against Notts County on 5th August.
Fans will NOT receive a new Season Ticket card if they have not moved age band (e.g. from Adult to Senior) or seat from 2016/17 to 2017/18 – you will use your existing Season Ticket card. If you no longer have your card, please e-mail ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk and arrangements can be made for a new card.
For fans who purchased from 5th July onwards, only new cards are issued – regardless of whether seats/prices have changed, old cards will not be able to be updated.
If fans do not receive their card in time for the 5th August, please e-mail ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk. A paper ticket can be arranged for you for the fixture against Notts County. If fans have any queries on the day of the game they can visit the Matchday Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena, inside the Wasps club shop.
Supporters who purchased in the Early Bird Season Ticket period will automatically get a free ticket for the Carabao Cup game against Blackburn Rovers on 8th August – this will be automatically uploaded to your card, and you do not need to take any further action… just bring your Season Ticket card with you on the night!
