Every Saturday, Sky Blues in the Community run a fun-based football club on the indoor artificial pitch at The Alan Higgs Centre (Allard Way, Coventry, CV3 1HW)*.
Open to boys and girls from reception (age 4) to year 6 (age 11), our Saturday Club runs all year round, offering a fun and progressive coaching environment for children of all abilities. All coaches are fully qualified and DBS checked and make the environment fun and challenging for all involved – whether it’s their first experience of football, or they have played before.
Sessions run for 1 hour and consist of basic training and fun games followed by small-sided matches. You can book to attend a 5 week block or attend individual days. Block bookings cost just £20.00 for 5 consecutive weeks (compared to £5.00 per session for individual attendances).
In addition to saving money by block booking, you will also receive a ticket voucher for 1 adult + 1 child to attend a Coventry City Football Club home league fixture for the 2017-18 season.
For children in School Years Reception, 1 or 2, the session takes place 10:00-11:00am. For children in School Years 3, 4, 5 or 6, the sessions take place 11:00am-12:00pm. If your child is starting school this September, please feel free to contact SBitC about attending the Saturday Club.
*SBitC aim to run Saturday Club every Saturday of the year, however sometimes SBitC’s Saturday Club is restricted by circumstances out of their control.
