Midfielder Chris McCann is set to join up with new MLS franchise Atlanta after his loan agreement with the Sky Blues expired on Dec 31st.McCann made 18 appearances for City, scoring in the 2-0 away victory over Port Vale.
The ex-Wigan man will begin his season with Atlanta on March 5th, where he will face American soccer giants New York Red Bulls at the Bobby Dodd Stadium.
New City signing Callum Reilly has taken the Sky Blues no.12 shirt, formally owned by McCann.
