The Sky Blues advanced to the final four of the Checkatrade Trophy after defeating Swansea City U21s on penalties at the Liberty Stadium
Oli McBurnie opened the scoring for the home side midway through the second half, sending a penalty straight down the middle after being fouled by Ryan Haynes. With just five minutes remaning a lovely George Thomas cross was diverted into his own net by Adnan Maric to send the tie to penalties.
Reice Charles-Cook saved two, as Thomas, Gael Bigirimana, Kyel Reid and Ruben Lameiras all scored to send the Sky Blues through.
