Ruben Lameiras opened the scoring, flicking the ball into the corner from a Stuart Beavon cross, and it was the striker who was again influential in the City second. His flicked header found Jodi Jones, who delivered well onto the head of George Thomas.
Ryan Haynes completed the scoring in the final minutes, cutting onto his right foot and curling an effort in off the post.
