A remarkable comeback after being two goals down ensured they maintained their perfect start.
A 1-0 win against League Two side Crawley Town then led to fixtures against U21 outfits in the shape of Brighton & Hove Albion and Swansea City. After comfortably dispatching of the Seagulls, the Sky Blues were taken all the way to a penalty shootout against the Swans.
