Following further work by Ticketmaster in the last 24 hours, 200 of the 400 supporters affected by the previous issue printing Season Ticket Cards have now received their Card in the post today.
The remaining 200 Season Ticket Cards will be printed and ready for collection on Saturday morning from 11am at the Matchday Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena. These supporters will be contacted, however if you do not receive either contact or a Card, please come to the Matchday Ticket Office.
If fans have already printed a paper ticket for the game via the Butts Park Ticket Office, please use this for entry on Saturday.
The Season Ticket cards have automatically been uploaded with a ticket for the Blackburn match for Early Bird Season Ticket holders.
Reminder:
If you were a 2016/17 Season Ticket holder who has not moved seats or price category (e.g. adult to concession) for the 2017/18 campaign and purchased before 4th July, you will still use your 2016/17 Season Ticket card.
If you were a 2016/17 Season Ticket holder who has not moved seats or price category (e.g. adult to concession) for the 2017/18 campaign and purchased after 4th July, you receive a new Season Ticket card.
If you were a 2016/17 Season Ticket holder who has moved seats or price category (e.g. adult to concession) for the 2017/18 campaign, you receive a new Season Ticket card.
