With the new season starting this Saturday, many Season Ticket holders have now received their cards.
Remember – if you did not move seat location or move price band before 4th July (i.e. from Adult to Concession) then you will need to use your card from last season. You will NOT receive a new card – if you have lost your old card, please email Shelagh.Brock@ccfc.co.uk
Do not worry if you are expecting a new card and it has not arrived yet. Due to the number of cards being printed and dispatched from Ticketmaster, some fans will receive their cards at the start of the process… and one fan’s card will unfortunately be the last one to be processed.
While we do not expect it to be the case, if your new card does not arrive with you in time for Saturday then please visit the Matchday Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena from 11am on Saturday, where staff will be on hand to assist you.
