Official sponsors already helping Peter Vincenti & Duckens Nazon find property in the area...

Coventry City’s official sponsors are gearing up for more player arrivals as they search for homes for the club’s new signings.

Allsopp & Allsopp, an estate agency with offices in the city and across Warwickshire, recently launched a lettings division to service the rental section of the market.

The company is already helping the likes of Peter Vincenti and Duckens Nazon find properties in the area and the team have been told to start the hunt for more suitable homes.

Carl Allsopp, a director of Allsopp & Allsopp – which also has offices in Dubai – said the time was right to launch the lettings division.

He said: “The past couple of years have seen us go from a standing start in Coventry to becoming one of the most popular estate agents in the city. All of the standards we have set in the residential sales market will now be transferred across to the lettings division.

“There is a strong demand for lettings in the area so we felt this was the right time – having developed our profile through sales – to launch.

“Everyone knows our connection to Coventry City through the sponsorship partnership and we were delighted to be brought on board to find homes for the new arrivals to the club and the new lettings division is ideal for those players not yet ready to buy in the area.”

He added: “The sponsorship of CCFC has worked well for us in terms of raising our profile in the city but, of course, that only takes you so far. It’s our commitment to great service – for both buyers and sellers – strong communication and excellent marketing of properties that helps us to ensure the whole property buying and selling process runs smoothly.

“That’s exactly the level of service we will carry forward on the lettings side.”

Tynan Scope, commercial manager at Coventry City Football Club, said: “The partnership with Allsopp & Allsopp has been mutually beneficial and we are grateful for the ongoing support of this great company, which is run by people who are Sky Blues fans through and through.

“We are thrilled to be one of the first clients for the lettings service and we hope to have more business for the company very soon!”
