Coventry City’s official sponsors are gearing up for more player arrivals as they search for homes for the club’s new signings.
Allsopp & Allsopp, an estate agency with offices in the city and across Warwickshire, recently launched a lettings division to service the rental section of the market.
The company is already helping the likes of Peter Vincenti and Duckens Nazon find properties in the area and the team have been told to start the hunt for more suitable homes.
Carl Allsopp, a director of Allsopp & Allsopp – which also has offices in Dubai – said the time was right to launch the lettings division.
He said: “The past couple of years have seen us go from a standing start in Coventry to becoming one of the most popular estate agents in the city. All of the standards we have set in the residential sales market will now be transferred across to the lettings division.
“There is a strong demand for lettings in the area so we felt this was the right time – having developed our profile through sales – to launch.
