The 19-year-old Academy graduate has put pen to paper on a new four-year deal...

Midfielder Ben Stevenson has signed a new contract with the Sky Blues, keeping him at the club until 30th June, 2020.

The 19-year-old has been with the club since the age of nine and made his professional debut during the 3-2 extra-time win against Portsmouth in the EFL trophy, playing the full 120 minutes.

Stevenson has featured on ten occasions for the Sky Blues this season, including the recent 2-0 win at Port Vale, lining up alongside Chris McCann and fellow Academy product Gael Bigirimana.

Caretaker Manager Mark Venus said: "It is fantastic that Ben has committed his long-term future to a club he has been at since a very young age.

"We are delighted that another Academy graduate has come through the system, his attitude and commitment to this football club has been exemplary throughout his time with us.

"Everybody at Coventry City look forward to helping Ben continue his progression."
