Venus elects to make three changes to the side that drew with Walsall last weekend, with Kyel Reid, Jodi Jones and Marcus Tudgay coming in to attack.
Both Ruben Lameiras and Marvin Sordell drop down to the bench, while Andy Rose also takes a place in the dugout. Ben Stevenson and Gael Bigirimana will operate as a midfield two, with Jones on the left and Reid on the right.
Lee Burge remains in net, with an unchanged back four. Daniel Agyei and Tudgay will be the focal point of City's attack.
