16 March 2016

Adam Armstrong gets his call to play among the England youth setup in Spain at the end of March...

City's leading scorer, Adam Armstrong will be on international duty at the end of this month following his impressive displays in a Sky Blue shirt this season.

The 19-year old forward is set to leave on the 20th March and will face Georgia, Greece and Spain during his time with the Lions' Under-19s.

It will mean that Armstrong misses the away tie with Peterborough on Friday 25th March and the home fixture against Colchester United the following Tuesday, but will return in time to face Gillingham.

Good luck Adam!
