Adam Armstrong will return to the Sky Blues fresh from scoring two goals for the Young Lions during his spell on international duty...
Coventry City striker Adam Armstrong followed up his goal against Greece by netting against European giants Spain.
The 19-year old has spent the week away from the Sky Blues after an international call-up with the England U19s squad.
Armstrong played in both Young Lions fixtures, converting a penalty against Greece in a 1-1 draw and a netting his second against the hosts Spain in a 2-0 win.
The win earned England’s U19s progression from the Elite Qualifying round as they take up a place in July’s Euro finals.
Armstrong will return to club duty in time for the Coventry City’s League One fixture against Gillingham this coming Saturday.
