Coventry City Football Club is currently recruiting for a Ticketing Assistant for immediate start.
Main Duties
To deal with customer enquiries, ticket sales and away ticket sales at Butts Park Arena.
We will be providing the necessary training on the Ticketmaster/Venuemaster platforms.
Personal Specification
• Personally motivated.
• Good communication skills.
• Ideally have previous experience in a similar role.
• Able to work to a high standard and have excellent attention to detail.
• Must be trustworthy, reliable and punctual.
Hours of Work
You will be required to work 25 hours per week.
Pay
This position will be paid hourly at the rate that meets the National Minimum wage expectations.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
