Coventry City supporters can have their say on the matchday experience at the Ricoh Arena to help improve what the club can offer Sky Blues fans off the pitch.
Supporters can contact the club with their thoughts on email@example.com, or any comments they have about their experience last season and also to make suggestions on how to improve the service going forward.
Fans will receive an automated reply to confirm their feedback has been received. Feedback will be collated after 19th June, so make sure you get your e-mails to us before then.
The process of looking for improvements to fans’ matchday experience is one that never stops, and we hope that fans will share with us their thoughts and ideas to help this process.
While there are areas which are outside of the club’s control such as catering and car parking, with constructive feedback from fans, we can hopefully address these with the stadium to make improvements for the benefit of our supporters.
