Tony Mowbray’s Coventry City are set to make the trip to Rugby Town this evening, as a representative City XI will play at Butlin Road.
The Manager is set to field a mixture of first-team and youth players, with the squad having come through a tough week of pre-season training out in Austria last week.
The game will mark the first appearance of a Coventry City side at Butlin Road in 10-years and fans can watch the 7.30pm kick-off for as little as £5.00 for adults and £3.00 for concessions.
The Sky Blues have already registered a 2-1 win against Nuneaton Town during pre-season, as well as a narrow 3-2 loss to Austrian team SK Sturm Graz at the weekend.
With the club set to travel to League Two side Newport County this coming Saturday, Mowbray will be hoping his side can deliver a positive performance against tonight’s Northern Premier League (First Division South) opponents.
